CoBouw Polska offers its customers the complex realisation of industrial buildings - from the preliminary concept to the acceptance of the turn-key building.

The designing related to the steel structure and light lining of the steel structure buildings is carried out by our design engineers; also the assembly of the buildings is executed by our assembly teams. Thanks to this, at the designing stage we select the proper technical solutions matching the individual requirements of an investment project; we have full control over the process and ensure the propriety and the highest quality of execution of the works.

Our subcontractors are selected from a large database of companies operating throughout the whole country. They are proved, reliable companies possessing the necessary means and experience in the execution of the works we have commissioned to them which ensures the highest quality of the performed tasks.

We monitor and co-ordinate the whole scope of building works in the course of the investment process and in this way we remove from the investor the whole burden of negotiations with numerous subcontractors and guarantee complex solutions for the whole building under construction.

To carry out all other works related to the complex construction of industrial buildings, we take advantage of the experience and professionalism of the companies we co-operate with. We have been co-operating permanently with an architectural design office and design engineers of various engineering and installation fields as well as with sub-contractors co-operating with us in the areas of:
